The New Orleans Botanical Garden is open from 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tuesday – Saturday; noon - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. The train garden is open weekends only.NOTE: Most of the Garden’s plant collection was destroyed by Katrina. Over 1,000 trees were toppled or killed. The Garden is rebuilding its plant collection and requests donations of plant materials and funds, as well as volunteers.
