Magnolia Plantation & Gardens Winter Garden Festival

The Magnolia Plantation and Gardens' third annual Winter Garden Festival kicks off January 23 and runs through February. The gardens at Magnolia are the oldest public gardens and one of the last large scale Romantic Gardens left in the America. The camellia collection is one of the most important heirloom collections in the nation. Festival features daily walks, garden speakers from around the country will speak on aspects of winter gardens. There’s also a maze and one of the most magnificent live oaks you’ll ever see! Magnolia Plantation is located on the Ashley River Road, not far from Charleston. [ info ]
